WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A private gated community provides extra security. Your private entrance with stairs that lead to the guest suite with a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available

Mary's Place

Mary's Place is a newly updated non-smoking, no pets property with its own entrance. Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Bedroom has a king size bed and with walk in closet. The living room can be used as an additional sleep space for guests, queen air mattress and linens included. DT Spokane - 15 min. drive Shopping - 5 min. drive Coeur d'Alene - 30 min.

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. Then come back inside, curl up by the wood stove and relax. We have renovated this 1906 barn into a perfect guest suite including all the modern conveniences without losing the rustic elegance of the past. Welcome to the Funky D Ranch.

Comfy studio apt in safe & quiet neighborhood

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Travel person special for one guest. Guest Suite attached to side of our residential garage. Vaulted ceilings, clean and in a safe area. Has kitchenette, with small fridge and microwave. Central located to Spokane and CdA Id . Easy access to I90. 3-5 min to restaurants. Near Spokane Valley mall. Lots of amenities, covered parking, next to Centennial trail. Good spot for a quiet nights sleep or working on your PC. Beautiful private outdoor space. Host on sight.

The Valley Getaway

Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. Located in a nice neighborhood with lots of parks close by. For the outdoors enthusiast the Appleway trail and Centennial Trail are just a song and dance away. Enjoy easy access to everything Spokane has to offer from this ground-floor apartment - drive right up to the front door to load and unload. Just 5 minutes from Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, lots of restaurants, Spokane Community College, Avista Stadium, Felts Field (SFF), I-90, and about 10 minutes to get to Downtown Spokane or University District. There's a bus stop for route 32 which can get you to most places in Spokane.

The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.

Spacious one bedroom basement apartment in a secure, quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Includes a kitchen, washer/dryer, and gas fireplace. The private apartment is 900 square feet. A keyless entry code is provided 24 hours prior to arrival. Blocks from shopping and restaurants, and only 15 minutes from downtown.
