The studio apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Split called Meje, on the slopes of Marjan hill, but it's also just 15 minutes walk from the historical centre of Split and only 10 minutes walk from the beaches, suitable for all generations. If you're interested in more local, private beaches, there are plenty around Marjan. The apartment area is 30 m2 and it is fully equipped. Also there is a free private parking space in front of the house.

I have taken measures to bring COVID transmission down to minimum. Everyone taking care of the apartment has been vaccinated with two shots, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfectans are provided. This cosy studio apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and the waterfront but is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. There are a supermarket and a green market across the street. It is only 10 minutes walk to the Marjan forest.
