Hi there! We are starting to rent out our lovely house with beautiful seaview in a very quiet and peaceful area of Lake Millstatt. You can walk down to the lake in ~10 minutes (few beach options) and here is also a restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance. By car you will be in Spittal an der Drau in 20 minutes where there are numerous shopping options. It is highly recommended to arrive by car. 😊 We are looking forward to welcoming you! A high-quality holiday complex in a quiet location, situated in the center of the winter sports areas Goldeck, Katschberg, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Mölltal Glacier and Lake Weißensee (toboggan and ice skating on the frozen lake). The location is ideal as a starting point for both summer and winter activities. For skiing, we offer unique discounts on ski passes. Urlaub wie man ihn sich vorstellt

Am Weissensee in Kärnten, umgeben von den Gailtaler Alpen liegt das Landhäusl in Neusach. Das 90m² große Häuschen liegt etwas erhöht, ruhig, sonnig, jedoch nicht abgelegen. Bis zum hauseigenen Badestrand sind es ca. 300m. Zwei Kajaks, ein Stand Up Paddle und ein Floß sorgen für einen abwechslungsreichen Badespaß. Der Strand ist kindgerecht, das Wasser ist am Einstieg nur ca. 80cm hoch.

Das Apartment befindet sich in den Kärntner Nockbergen im Ortszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Skigebiet Bad Kleinkirchheim mit zwei Thermen in 10 Minuten mit dem PKW. Für Sportliche: Radfahren, Wandern, Klettern, Bergsteigen, Skifahren, Skitouren, Paragliding, Eislaufen. Nach talien und Slowenien 40 Minuten.
