Enjoy a stylish experience at this MODERN stone house. 1 minute from Interstate 40, exit 321. Centrally-located between Sallisaw, OK and Fort Smith/Van Buren, Arkansas (all are just a few minutes away). Very comfortable living space with leather furniture, fully furnished kitchen with stainless appliances, and large office/study area. The master bedroom has a king size platform bed. Large restroom is attached through the sliding doors. Sturdy wood bunk bed in front bedroom. Just bring your bags!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Relax at the cabin for your entire stay or get out and enjoy Lake Fort Smith, Devils Den State Park, or one of the many other nearby trails. Fayetteville is 37 min up the road!

This unique place has a style all its own. Centrally located in the peaceful Park Hill neighborhood and newly remodeled while preserving all of the vintage charm of this 1950s triplex. You are renting one of the 3 units in the triplex but have the entire unit to yourself. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop, retro fridge, & stove. The bedroom has a king bed and workspace area. The living room has a giant 65" TV and sleeper sofa as well for sleeping additional guests.

Perfect for short or extended stay. Close to surrounding small towns and a 15 minute drive into Fort Smith. Perfect for the Holiday season. Fully equipped kitchen. Grocery store right down the street. Within a 5 minutes or less there is Subway, Sonic, Kasey's, Bea's Asian Cuisine, Mazzio's and the Express-o Barn. For extended stays of 30 days or more, please know that an inspection of the property will be required every 15 days. We kindly ask that you do basic indoor upkeep of the house.
