Unique home located on the Crow River, walking distance to downtown New London with shopping, coffee, restaurants and a brewery. The property has a fire pit and dock and you can watch the New London water ski show from the dock. The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in. Features a large deck with amazing river views to watch the local wildlife.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Brand new family vacation lake house on the east shore of Nest Lake. Whether jumping off the dock, kayaking around the islands, casting a line to catch that trophy fish, or lounging on the patio, you will have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun during your stay!
