Appartamento in unico spazioso e luminosissimo ambiente. Splendido panorama mare verso spiaggia di levante. Affaccio nella caratteristica via del borgo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Non è adatto alle persone con problemi di deambulazione.

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

CASA VALENTINA L'appartamento, situato nel cuore dello splendido e tranquillo centro storico di Gaeta Medievale, affaccia sul meraviglioso golfo di Gaeta. Dispone di un soggiorno panoramico con cucina (sono presenti pentole, piatti, bicchieri, tazze, seggiolone), TV, Wi-fi, aria condizionata e divano. Le due stanze, di cui una con vista sul Golfo, sono entrambe dotate di letto matrimoniale, armadio in ferro battuto e smartTV. Il bagno è munito di doccia e lavatrice.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
