Welcome to our holiday home in Sampieri, an authentic fishing village on Sicily’s stunning southern coast. The house is in a strategic location, just 250 meters from the beach and about a 10-minute walk from the village center. While everything is easily reachable on foot, the house is set in a quieter, more peaceful area, away from the summer hustle and bustle of the center, where parking can often be a challenge.

Casa del Pescatore, just steps from Sampieri beach, is a cozy ground-floor apartment with a spacious patio shaded by bougainvillea. It features a living room with equipped kitchen, double bedroom, two bathrooms, and a children’s room with bunk beds. With Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and washing machine, it is perfect for families up to five. The owner’s handcrafted décor adds a unique and personal touch.

Perched on a mountain ridge with valley vistas on all sides and a magnificent view into the Baroque town of Scicli with the sea beyond. A metal gate two fields away leads you into the land, where our neighbouring farmer grazes his cows and goats amongst the ancient carob grove.
