In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Ogni dettaglio della casa è stato curato e ricercato per tempo affinché si possa godere del più totale relax. Completa di ogni accessorio. La scala è di moderna concezione, bisogna stare attenti ai bambini, non vogliamo bloccare con" non adatto ai bambini" perché amiamo i nostri piccoli ospiti. L'abitazione ha due zone all'aperto una di queste permette di organizzare delle rilassanti cene all'aperto.

Non è la spiaggia più bella dell’isola, ma proprio per questo è poco frequentata, e si trova a metà strada tra le spiagge più belle e il paese.
