Il mio alloggio è vicino al mare , vicino ad arte, cultura e stupende spiagge, vi piacerà per l'intimità e la posizione ed è adatto a coppie perché e dotato di tre condizionatori , creando così una privaci totale. Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

Nel residence Geremeas mare (45 km da aeroporto): appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino privato, composto da ingresso, salone con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia , veranda con terrazza vista mare (privati) dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali, ulteriore terrazzino (privato) sulla spiaggia (e' il terrazzo più vicino in assoluto alla spiaggia ) .

Leaving the lawn you are on the beach, the sea with a sandy bottom is very safe with shallow water for more than 10 meters, very suitable for children. The water is crystal clear. To meditate, a small bench outside the enclosure sheltered by juniper bushes, on the left a large juniper is a natural umbrella that is more than 400 years old.

Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room.

Villa del Sole er uavhengig og smakfullt innredet, med et komfortabelt svømmebasseng å slappe av når du ikke har lyst til å gå ned til stranden. Huset ligger 800 meter fra stranden. Costa Rei er med sine 10 km hvit sand en av de vakreste buktene i Middelhavet, stranden er hvit, vannet er krystallklart og havbunnen er veldig grunne. Vil du slappe av hjemme? Ikke noe problem. Du kan nyte solen, slappe av ved bassenget og av og til dykke i vannet - ren avslapning!

Villa Jovis is a sea front Villa looking at the spectacular Gulf of Cagliari. Sea access is just below the house, there is a set of stairs from the garden leading directly to the rocks and to the sea. The nearest beach instead is approximately 1,5 km away. Approximately 2 Km from an additional beach and the supermarket!
