1880s Miner’s Cottage in Moonta Mines – Heritage

Step back in time at this 1880s miner’s cottage in historic Moonta Mines. Built over 140 years ago and extended in the early 1900s by the man who built many Yorke Peninsula roads, it still features the dining room, kitchen and bathroom he added. Lovingly owned for 12+ years and renovated twice, the cottage blends original stone walls and low doorways with modern comforts, a cozy wood fire, a well-equipped indoor & outdoor kitchen, and a big backyard perfect for BBQs under the dark night stars.

Our beach house can sleep a maximum of 6 people across 3 bedrooms. There is one bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining that overlook the bay with floor to ceiling doors and windows. The views are unmatched and with direct beach access you’ll feel like you have your own private haven!

The 1862 waterfront Heritage listed Wallaroo Customs House is now available for you to experience, recently renovated and restored. Spacious living areas inside and out providing: three comfortable queen bedrooms, with ocean views, a stylish new kitchen with ocean views, and two beautiful heritage styled bathrooms. The Klein Pod - Relax, Unwind and Explore

The pod was designed by Troppo Architects and built by Oscar Builders . In recognition of the thought, design approach and build quality, the Klein Pod has been furnished sparsely but with quality and purposeful use in mind. The single unit has a small kitchenette, lounge area, queen bed and combustion heater. Out on the deck you can relax on the day bed. The shower is outside behind a rustic privacy screen.
