The apartment is part of a residence complex of 6 apartments and is located in the settlement of Agios Nikolaos. It’s the middle right apartment. There is a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and an air conditioner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony or have a barbeque in the front yard. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.

We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο διώροφης οικείας και αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλοκουζίνα με καναπέ-κρεβάτι και μπάνιο. Ιδανικό για 2-3 άτομα ή οικογένεια με δύο μικρά παιδιά.Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μεγάλο ψυγείο με κατάψυξη και μεγάλη ηλεκτρική κουζίνα. Επίσης διαθέτει TV και Α/C και ψησταριά.

The villa is composed by two bedrooms with double bed, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a hydromassage cabin. There is also a big garden with barbecue in the front. The distance from the beach is 1-2 minutes by foot. There are a lot of bars and shops in the neighborhood.
