In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

Our property features two similar Deluxe Suites, designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation. Each villa offers a loft-style bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and a Cycladic bathroom. Each villa comes with private plunge pool, ideal for unwinding while enjoying the landscape. While located very close to Oia’s center, they provide a peaceful retreat. Please note that we have two similar suites, and allocation is made randomly by our system at the time of booking.

Just 600 meters from the sea, in the beautiful beach of Provatas and only 3 km from the port of the island , is located the complex of the 4 apartments(self-catering flats) Sarantis. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.
