Newly renovated barn on a quiet rural road yet close to all the attractions of Southern Litchfield County. The light-filled barn has two large patio doors into a substantial living and entertaining area with a large sectional sofa-bed, a dining table for 10 and adjacent kitchen area with an island. There is a downstairs washroom. A large light-filled upstairs sleeping area has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside is a patio dining area and parking in a dedicated driveway.

Back for our second season in 2026. Located at the edge of our woodland, this 200-year-old former barn has recently been completely renovated. It provides a quiet, cozy, bright, private STUDIO space ideal for a single visitor or couple. The property offers a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and central air/heat. A small private seating area catches the mid-morning sun outside the main entrance. Come and enjoy the local area's beautiful scenery, hikes, antique trail, & great restaurants.

The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm

Welcome to The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm, a one bedroom, one bath cottage located on a 16 acre working Christmas tree farm bordered by 155 acres of protected land trust with marked hiking trails. Conveniently located to I-84, shopping, local farms, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and Heritage Village. Please note that we allow pets (dogs only) and have a limit of two. **Access to the 2nd floor bedroom is a steep and open staircase** (see interior photo listed under Laundry)

Just a quick note to let everyone know that my wife and I live in a separate in-law apartment next to the property where you’ll be staying but Everything is completely private and separate, so your privacy is guaranteed.

Surrounded by trees and across the river from the National Audubon, bird sanctuary. 5 minutes from I-84. 4 minutes from town and 1 hour from Manhattan. Private, peaceful and restful. Suite Hill Studio

A private entrance to your studio located at the top of a hill. Surrounded by trees. Tranquility can be found. We are located near the Antique trail of Southbury. Its a 25 min ride to Danbury or 20 min ride to Waterbury. Just under 2 hours to NYC. And a little over 2 hours to Boston. We can provide a daily clean at an additional cost. There are grocery stores, TJ. Maxx and Starbucks within minutes.

Charming Cabin

Charming 2.5 bedroom cabin on quiet lane makes for a peaceful getaway, minutes from great restaurants and cafes in Sandy Hook center and an abundance of nearby hiking trails, lakes, wineries. Nicely situated 1.5 hours from NYC and 2.5 hours from Boston.
