Have a relaxing stay in a spacious, rustic apt in the historic Rokeles Hall, the space features cottage style interiors for guests who appreciate comfort & history. The apt has parking (2+ cars), a private entrance & sleeps up to 8 (incl 2 dbl sofa beds). The original Hall (on 14 acres) was built in the 1200's & the existing Georgian building from the 1600's. Great wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave & oven (no formal kitchen). Good restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & walks nearby.

The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

This cosy cottage is situated adjacent to the owners house and next to a working farm. It is a converted dairy with exposed oak beams, a wood burner, private garden, and parking for 2 cars next to the cottage. Although rural, it's only a 10min drive into Dereham where there are supermarkets and a good variety of shops and eating places. The property is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay, and is on one level. Being centrally located, the whole of Norfolk can be explored.

Detached high quality rural accommodation surrounded with stunning field views for 2-4 guests. The Bolt hole is situated on a quite lane in the small Norfolk village of Scoulton. This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. Located in Mid Norfolk you are just 30 minutes from the City of Norwich, 45 minutes from the Broads National Park and 40 minutes from the North Norfolk Coast so there is plenty to explore.

Buttercup Meadows - Butterfly House Pitch

Escape to the rural peace and tranquillity of a mid Norfolk campsite. We're less than an hour's drive from the Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads. Each pitch has it's own private shower and bathroom facilities, just for you. Guests must bring their own tent(s). Private kitchen, dining and seating area, all included in the Cabana, just for you. We have an outside gas fire pit which is easy to light in the evenings. No electricity on site, but we do have mains water and hot water.

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests .
