Huikea merinäkymä panoraamaikkunoista ja poreallas meren yllä, 150m2 terassilla. Omaa rantaa yli 100 m ja ympärillä Saaristomeren kirkasta vettä. Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Huvilalla ei sallita railakasta juhlintaa. Majoitusmaksuun sisältyvät vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet, hinta huomioitu siivousmaksussa.
