Guesthouse sleeps 6 adults

Light, airy, spacious guesthouse built onto our home. Completely private with all amenities of a self catering home. We have friendly dogs that do have access our garden daily and will join you on your veranda off the main bedroom if they are outside. The village has alot of fabulous walks in the area and we have leaflets/maps in the house for your reference. A lively pub just a stride away with live entertainment most weekends. Visitors of our guests must be named and agreed prior to arrival

Garden Escape: Guesthouse next to Woodlands

The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. 1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Stunning house in the heart of the Cotswolds, set in the rolling countryside and an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’. Enjoy peace and tranquillity whilst at the same time just a short walk from Burford, nominated by Forbes as the 6th most idyllic place to live in Europe, with fabulous shops & restaurants. Whilst a special place for all, we are particularly in tune with families' needs. The house is set in two acres with swings, a trampoline & even chickens. Come and unwind with us!

Studio guesthouse

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa bed). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, gateway to the Cotswolds, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is not enclosed. Bus services from Oxford and Banbury, a short drive to many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the entrance.

Tranquil Cotswold Wash House Cottage

The Cotswold Wash House nestles in the slopes of the Windrush Valley on the edge of Great Rissington. The village has a manor, church and inn; all the charm of a bygone age. The compact cottage combines antique furniture with modern interior design. You'll find a super kingsize bed with crisp, white cotton bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped. We provide a generous breakfast hamper which includes: tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, eggs, butter, jam, marmalade and some cookies.

The Guest Cottage at Priory Barn, Alvescot

Beautiful bright self-contained one bed cottage with double bed, fully equipped shower room, fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine/ dishwasher) dining table and chairs. Sitting room has large comfy sofa with TV. Tea, coffee, milk, internet, light breakfast provided There are a number delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk).

The Annex

A Two bedroom self contained annex with lounge, private kitchen diner and bathroom. In the small town of Burton Overy with spectacular views and a local pub that serves great food. Animal friendly and right next to a public footpath ideal for walks with or without canine friends! Positioned at the end of a lane makes this property a lovely quiet retreat for a small family or couple. Electric car charging available on the property.

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
