There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

Litoria is a pavilion home tucked against reserve, about 150m from the beach. You’ll love Litoria’s breezeway and living pod that opens to capture the sea breezes. The large yard is fully fenced and safe for all the family to enjoy including your furry friends. Only a short 10-min drive to Woolworths, local bars and cafes. If you want the full Island experience, be sure to catch the 20min ferry transfer from Clump Point to Dunk Island.
