The house is built into a barn. It has rustic charm and modern comforts. It's situated in a beautiful valley with a lovely view. The back porch and yard are nice places for relaxing. There is a basketball hoop in driveway side. Dwelling is 7 miles from Ithaca , which is about a 15 minute drive. There is is no real public transportation, except for a bus that runs to Ithaca at 8am and 5pm on weekdays. To catch it, walk the half mile to the highway and flag it down. Welcome to the country.

The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.
