Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Skylights and lofty ceilings fill the space with natural light throughout. Well insulated with centrally ducted heat and A/C for year-round comfort.

Welcome to Overlake on Malletts Bay! The Cottage is an adorable, rustic, clean and quaint, one bedroom, one bath lodging with beach access. It sits back from the road with a private parking area and large outdoor space for your enjoyment. Featuring incredible views of Lake Champlain from dawn to dusk, the Cottage makes a great base to explore Burlington and it's surrounding areas. It is a non-smoking / no pets property.
