Charming 300 sq ft guesthouse is newly constructed and beautifully designed with a cozy and casual style. Set in a well manicured yard with a private entrance. It is freestanding and shares a wall to a second Airbnb listing. Central to all things to do in LA and a short drive to DTLA, LAX, Universal Studios, Disneyland and beaches. I kept the color palate neutral, casual yet chic to really maximize the space. It is amazingly peaceful, comforting and just lovely. The perfect home away from home!

Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions.
