Welcome to Riverside Retreat! Just a short walk from Gouverneur’s Main Street, this charming apartment is the ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy fishing and kayaking with public access across the bridge. Grill is also available upon request. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your cooking needs and stocked with light snacks to enjoy during your stay. As the owners, we live downstairs and are available if needed. Though we share the same building, your privacy is our top priority.

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

River Ledge Hideaway

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Scenic and private forest oasis with modern amenities! We are right on the Multiuse trails. Kayak our ponds, explore private acreage, and relax in your very own dry cedar sauna with a forest view! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Experience the great outdoors with this cabin located in Fine,NY in the Adirondack Mountains. There is plenty to see and do. Take a day and go on the trails and see the water falls in the area. You can also take a day trip to long lake,crandberry lake or even head over to lake placid and to white face mountain. The possibilities are endless. Cabin is off grid but there is a propane heater in cabin and porta potty on property.

Solomon House

Welcome to the Solomon House, built in 1901, located in the heart of Saint Lawrence County, New York. This two-story three bedroom home can sleep 8. A full bath on the first floor has a deep soaking tub with shower. The half bath is located on the second floor with the bedrooms. There is a full dining room that can seat eight at the table along with an eat in, fully equipped kitchen. A designated workspace with Wi-Fi along with a very comfortable living room will complete your stay.

Raquette River Retreat- Potsdam NY

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Our home is on the Racquette River and within a short drive to: St Lawrence University - 18 Minutes Clarkson University - 11 Minutes SUNY Potsdam - 9 Minutes SUNY Canton - 24 minutes Tupper Lake - 45 minutes Saranac Lake - 1 hour 20 minutes Lake Placid - 1 hour 40 minutes

Tucked beside our small orchard on a 400-acre certified organic farm, The Cabin at Laing Family Farm is a peaceful and cozy retreat where days start with birdsong and end with sunsets over our animals grazing in their pasture across the road. Conveniently located halfway between Canton and Potsdam, The Cabin is close to all four local universities.

Experience the beautiful Adirondacks in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
