Mallory beach road is just off the main highway between Wiarton and tobermaury. This house is right across the road from Georgian bay with water access at the S bend. This house is only a short 25 minute drive to sauble beach and 55 min drive to tobermaury!

I've owned our cottage for 10 years and we decided to rebuild , to enjoy the beautiful views of Colpoys Bay and in the back yard the Bruce Pennisula escarpment .

Access to some trails is right off the deck. From here, you can explore the forest or hike 10 minutes to the lake access where you can hop on a kayak, canoe or SUP.
