Our guest house is a 2 story suite. It is approximately 960 square ft. It features a private entrance with keyless entry, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, and toaster. Our guest house has 2 queen beds, 2 mounted big screen smart televisions (70 inches and 65 inches) with Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, recliner couches, and free WIFI. The unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We are approximately 5 miles from the beach. 8.9 miles from SoFi Stadium and near many hospitals.

Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

One and a half blocks from the beach and Pier, prime location for either vacationers or execs. 15 minutes from the airport, close to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach. 5 minutes from the quaint Riviera Village. Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS and coffee! Plenty of street parking. My unit is a two night minimum stay.
