We accept bookings for up to 12 adults (20 total including children for family groups.). We welcome groups that agree to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct (reg no STRA00016/18). Set on a large double block, this property is ideal for extended families, 3 or 4 separate family groups, or groups of friends, and is also extremely popular with corporate groups. Note that this property is in a quiet residential area & has a "no party" policy
