I have lovingly restored this family home so that it is warm and welcoming for my friends, children, grandchildren and you! My 5 grandkids are to thank for the addition of a hot tub, tree swing, water kitchen and play house area. The cottage is 5 mins from Lancing Beach & near both Brighton and Worthing. There is plenty to do around this wonderful part of the Sussex coast, so come and visit soon.

The Place

A self contained annex. The annex is attached to the house but completely separate. It consist of 1 bedroom, small hallway, bathroom and living room kitchen area combined. Parking is off road on a private driveway. Within walking distance are a local restaurant, Co-op, Petrol Station & Fish & Chip Shop. The main town is nearby, as is the beach front. We are also very close to the South Downs. There is main train station and Brighton is approximately 20 mins by train.

Just a 10 minute walk to West Worthing station giving good links to Gatwick and London with Brighton only a 20 minute journey away.

The White House enjoys a lovely private garden with far reaching views, a courtyard and bbq and seating area.

Ideal for couples or solo guests looking for a relaxed base to explore Worthing and West Sussex, or a comfortable stay for work. The space is very compact and not really suited to infants.
