Casita de campo situada en una soleada ladera del Valle de Sóller. Tradicional casa mallorquina a unos 2 Km del centro de Sóller. La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Can Domatiga is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Sóller located in a quiet and secluded area. The house is built in rustic Mallorcan style. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, large dining room, terrace, parking available inside the villa and spectacular views of the Sóller valley! It also has a magnificent swimming pool built with natural materials and preserving the style of the house. Ideal for families,couples and groups of friends winter and summer.

This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

La ubicación en el corazón del casco antiguo la hacen muy especial. Se trata de una céntrica casa de pueblo con mucho encanto, situada en una calle peatonal de unos pocos metros, donde se encuentra la Iglesia de la Sangre y la Posada de Montcaire (Dos de los puntos túrísticos a visitar en Soller). Distribuída en tres plantas y a diferentes niveles, a apenas metros de la Plaza Central del pueblo, que posee una intensa actividad social todo el año.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
