This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. Queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold down futon in the living room. 15 minutes away from downtown Princeton within walking distance from the picturesque town of Hopewell borough . The apartment has an efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator . Cook or go to one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

Just a few blocks walk into town to Lambertville. Also exciting New Hope is right across the Delaware River and you can easily walk . The Canal park and towpath and Delaware River is right across the street and leads into Lambertville’s downtown area. Stunning two tiered deck with table/chair, couch, chairs, coffee table with propane fire table. Attractive landscaping for relaxing, sunbathing or to enjoy fabulous sky views and sunsets. Two onsite parking space plus free street parking.

Union Street Retreat

Located on a historic, tree lined street in the artistic river town of Lambertville, the Union Street Retreat is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring. Short walk to restaurants and coffee shops, the towpath, groceries, 10 min walk to Bridge Street and New Hope bridge. Please note: this is SECOND floor unit of a duplex in a historic set of row homes built in the late 1800s, with a somewhat narrow flight of stairs up to the unit. Ideal for 4 adults but can sleep up to 6.
