The Dutch House is a stylish updated private Basement Apartment with a Dutch flare as my husband was from Holland! Enjoy private access to the heated pool with a slide & bouncy diving board, the kids playhouse patio BBQ & flower garden! Pool is open May 20th to October 15th. We're in the heart of Sandy 3 minutes from the Sandy Expo, Salt Lake Real soccer stadium, restaurants, shopping & movie theaters. 30-40 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley & Sundance.

Ski in/Ski out Condo at Solitude Mountain Resort

Cozy ski-in/ski-out 1 bedroom condo (with sleeping den) in the heart of Solitude ski resort village (located in Big Cottonwood Canyon). This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

The Retreat, close to everything.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

Canyon Vista Studio - Hot Tub, Gym, Ground Level

This ground floor studio apartment comes with access to a large Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, and Pickle Ball Courts. Inside the unit there is a Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi making this a great option for remote workers. There's a full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and kitchen essentials. Great location within Draper offering quick access to I-15 and many main key attractions in the area.
