A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

The former post office is centrally located in Snettisham within easy walking distance of an outstanding local pub and a popular bistro. Snettisham’s vast RSPB beach and sailing club are close, with Royal Sandringham a short drive. The family seaside destinations of Hunstanton (with its Sealife centre) and Holme-on-sea are also within easy reach. The well equipped cottage has been extensively renovated and is furnished to a high standard with new appliances and a good sized garden and courtyard.

It’s a perfect match for a small family or couples getaway. There’s always plenty to do nearby with a dog friendly beach just over 2 miles away, with the famous RSPB nature reserve next door. Popular pubs and bistros within walking distance. It also a great base to take a trip further afield to see more of what Norfolk has to offer.

Snettisham has a wonderful Cafe/Bistro only 4 minutes walk away, Co-Op 3 minutes walk and an award winning gastro pub 6-7 minutes walk away. The location makes a perfect base to explore the North Norfolk countryside and beaches. The house has a lovely, cosy sitting room, a well equipped kitchen diner, a beautiful double bedroom and great twin room, along with a shower room. There are also two outside spaces for eating.

We are 5 minutes from Sandringham, 10 minutes from Hunstanton and 20 minutes from Holkham and Wells-next- Sea which both have incredible wide open Sandy Beaches.
