At the foot of the forests, where we rent a trailer, there is virgin tranquility and the tiny house underlines the poetic atmosphere of the region. In such places, the first thing a person sees after waking up in the morning is a deer right outside the window or, at night, a sky full of stars overhead. We manufacture wooden caravans, which strive to contribute to the protection of nature with their sustainable approach and by bringing man back to nature. Our accommodation is part of the ZEVVL®

You will feel right at home with us. This modern and cozy apartment is located in a renovated villa from the early 20th century. The apartment itself underwent a thorough renovation in 2025, offering first-class modern amenities and meeting the highest standards of comfort and quality of living. All civic amenities are in the immediate vicinity, with a supermarket just 100 meters from the house, the train and bus stations 1000 meters away, and Československé armády Square approx. 900 meters.

Big Tiny House Retreat

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Weekend House

The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
