Recently remodeled room with hardwood floors, private entrance, and private bathroom. Easy access through an exterior door on the back patio with 3 steps. There are no shared spaces with the rest of the house where host lives. Located in the Berg neighborhood with a wooded area behind the house and low traffic streets that are easily walkable. Minutes away from the Trace - a two mile paved walking/biking trail that takes you to downtown Camden with several restaurants. Queen bed.

1970's Full upstairs 3 bed/1 bath ranch house on working farm (see pics) - Fully equipped kitchen/bath. Basement occupied by elderly man with all separate facilities. Basement can be locked from upstairs by pushing in the door knob. Laundry is in basement. This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

Quiet safe neighborhood if you need to get some work from home done as well. A king bed, queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds with onsite laundry. Fenced in backyard however we do not allow pets. Two bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone to get ready. No smoking allowed inside but allowed in the backyard.

This spacious mid century modern home was built in 1963. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that dead ends on both ends of the street. Very quiet and relaxing environment with large back deck that looks over the woods. Only two miles from the downtown Murphy Arts District and a mile or less to 10 places to eat as well as Walmart, Brookshires, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, TJ Max and more.
