Vila Giovanni D je novouređena vila s bazenom, dio kompleksa vila Dvor Pitve smještenih u malom autohtonom selu Pitve. Prednosti lokacije su mir, prirodne ljepote i autentičnost, a sve to nedaleko od središta općine Jelsa, mora i plaža smještenih na sjevernoj i južnoj strani otoka Hvara. Osim atraktivne lokacije i novouređenih prostranih prostorija, Vila ima brojne sadržaje - privatni bazen, sauna, teretana, igraona, vrt... Također nudimo transfer i dostavu doručka u vilu (dodatno se naplaćuje)

Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Interijer od 95m kvadratnih sačinjavaju: tri spavaće sobe, dva kupatila s wc-om, veliki dnevni boravak povezan s kuhinjom i trpezarijom.Ispred kuće je veliko dvorište s parkiralištem. Uz kuću je još jedno kupatilo s wc-om i perilicom rublja. Veliki kamin za roštiljanje, zajedno s drvima za potpalu. Za ljubitelje iskonske prirode, čistog zraka, beskrajnog plavetnila mora i zvjezdanog neba. Nudimo i ekološke domaće proizvode.

My place is good for couples, groups of friends, and families (with kids). We also have a boat dock and 2 kayaks (1 single, 1 double). The house has air conditioning, WIFI & Satellite TV. This is the only home on the property.
