Mystras Village House

Mystras Village House is situated in Mystras. This country house comes with a dining area, a kitchen and a flat-screen TV. The house also features a bathroom. The country house offers a terrace. If you would like to discover the area, hiking is possible in the surroundings. Εxcellent house near Sparta and castle of Mystras. House are in nature in the mountain with excellent view of all sparta. The Sparta is 9 km from the country house and the castle of Mystras are 1 km.There is 3 restaurants and 2 cafe near the house. The use of the fireplace in the property is optional and subject to an additional charge. The first sack of firewood is provided free of charge. From the second sack onwards, the cost is €20 per sack. This amount is particularly low and covers exclusively the value of the wood. Απέχει 9 χιλιόμετρα από την Σπάρτη και 1 χιλιόμετρο από την είσοδο του βυζαντινού κάστρου του Μυστρά. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα, με όλο τον εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό. Η χρήση του τζακιού στο κατάλυμα παρέχεται προαιρετικά. Το πρώτο τσουβάλι καυσόξυλων προσφέρεται δωρεάν. Από το δεύτερο τσουβάλι και μετά, υπάρχει χρέωση 20€ ανά σάκκο καυσόξυλων. Το ποσό είναι ιδιαίτερα χαμηλό και αφορά αποκλειστικά την αξία των ξύλων.

Το σπίτι είναι 135τμ και αποτελείται από:4 υπνοδωμάτια,σαλόνι κουζίνα ενιαίος χώρος με τζάκι,2 μπάνια και 2 μπαλκόνια.Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να ετοιμάσετε ένα πλήρες γεύμα(κουζίνα -ψυγείο-βραστήρας-τοστιέρα).Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 8 άτομα.Σε δωμάτιο δίκλινο με μπάνιο και ψυγείο υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αυτονομίας από το υπόλοιπο σπίτι. Στο ισόγειο λειτουργεί η παραδοσιακή μας ταβέρνα «Παραλία”και σας περιμένει να δοκιμάσετε τα παραδοσιακά φαγητά της Λακωνικής γης.

Yoυ will find this beautiful apartment in an area called "Paleologio". It is located between Sparta and Mystras. Only 5 Minutes by car to both of these places. Perfekt as a base to combine all the attractions in Sparta, Mystras and mount Taygetos. Also it's about a 35 minute drive to the nearest beaches in Gytheio, Mavrovouni and Bathi. The apartment is located on the groundfloor of a bigger house with total 3 Floors. It has a separate entrance and access to the garden in the back.

Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
