It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

This nice quiet home is located 10 mins from the airport, 15 mins from the American Bank Center, and 20 mins from North Beach.
