Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramavy över Östersjön, 15 meter till badstrand med brygga och strandbar. Somna och vakna till vågornas brus. Två sängar där du ligger på första parkett och ser ut över havet. Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, gasolgrill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Lantligt boende nära sandstrand

I en separat del av vårt hus, hittar du detta gästhus med egen igång. Compact living med fullt utrustat kök, totalett och dusch samt sovloft. På sovloftet finns en dubbelsäng, en enkelsäng och resesäng för barn om det önskas. Här är du omgiven av åkrar och ängar samt 950 meter till bred sandstrand. Promenadavstånd till restaurang och tennisbanor. Mataffär, fler restauranger, paddelbana och golfbana når du på 15 minuter med cykel. Bra att veta; trappan till sovloftet är väldigt brant.

SeaBreeze Cottage by the sea with lovely terasse

Ett boende nära hav, havfiske ( havsfiske 1:e mars - 30 sept) och en helt underbar havsutsikt från terassen. Cykel- och gångbana längs kustvägen tar dig till badstränder både öster och väster ut. Huset är vårt gästhus som har en egen terass med grill, utemöbler och solstolar Ni delar vår trädgård och utomhus parkering på tomten med stora huset (SeaBreeze House). Välkommen till Granelund Njut av den härliga miljön på detta romantiska boende i naturen. Du hittar oss vid Romeleåsens grönskande sluttning. Här erbjuder vi ett boende i pittoresk miljö nära naturen och djuren. Vår gård ligger 15 minuter från Lund 25 minuter från Malmö. Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Strandgården is a charming halftimbered house from 1870s which consists of three apartments, called MÅSEN, SKATAN and KOLTRASTEN, as well as one small cottage called KRÅKAN. With just 200 meters to the sea you can relax with a nice book in your hand or take a long walk alongside the beach with white sand.
