The Loft at Thunder Creek

Bird lovers come and enjoy Eagles and Kingfishers hunting along the creek. Relax and rejuvenate in the spacious 600 square foot loft above a garage. There are 16 stairs to climb to get there. You will also enjoy the 200 square foot attached deck. There is one full sized bed and a roll away twin size bed. There is a small European shower, it measures 32"x 32". You will travel a mile on an unpaved, country road to get here, in the winter months a 4wheel drive vehicle or chains would be wise.

Thompson Cottage

Our sweet little cottage has recently been updated with laminate floors, new trim, doors, butcher block counter tops and back splash. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig in the morning and snuggle up on the large sectional with a movie in the evening. All of our bedding is cotton and the queen bed has a memory foam topper on it. Recently built fence separates the yard for privacy. Lots of love went into creating this cozy, happy place for guests to stay.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are in the heart of Skagit Valley. Our quaint downtown is a quick 10 minute walk. Less than 20 minutes away by auto you can visit Edison, La Conner, and the Salish sea. We are happy to share our patio and garden with our guests.

Back Roads Airbnb

We love our quiet country home that we decided to share the back separate part of our home for mature Airbnb guest. We also decided to make the minimum stay for 7 days. Ideal for somebody who likes to work remotely, vacation or your in the Navy looking for something temporarily. We have 1.7 Landscape acres where the Island deer and Eagles roam free. Riverclay Studio is hidden away in the alley just a few steps from the Skagit River. Edgewater Park and many popular restaurants, pubs, espresso and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance. It is reached by way of stairs from the back of the original Riverclay Studio which we once ran as a pottery and gallery and was once our home. Our address is also home to Skagit Valley Larder that operates in the downstairs level of the building.
