Spacious open floor plan with 4-bedroom 2 bath located one block off 285. Centrally located 1/2 block from grocery store, CVS, restaurants and gas stations. This home is filled with my custom-made artwork that is for sale. I provide a variety of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. This little house has one of the most interesting histories of any in Dell City. The Home was fully restored to honor the family that lived here and farmed in the Dell Valley. The style is old Mexican Pueblo. Kitchen, living room with television and lots of dvds, a roomy bedroom and a large bath/vanity/closet area. This is a stand alone home with a private entrance. Amazing sunrises and sunsets and a star-gazer's paradise! 45 minutes to Guadalupe Mountain National Park where you can summit the highest point in Texas or go a little further to Carlsbad Caverns. Dell City is 13 miles north of 62/180 midway between El Paso, TX and Carlsbad, NM. Fly in or drive in - either way you are welcome!

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
