Avec une exposition traversante d’Est en Ouest vous pouvez profiter de ses 3 terrasses toute la journée Il dispose de toute le confort et d’une climatisation réversible non apparente, qui est nettoyée 2 fois par an avec changement des filtres. Logement totalement indépendant situé au 3ème et 4ème étage (Atico 3) sans ascenseur dans un immeuble du village de la zone piétonnière.
