Villa Yiayia: Relaxing by the sea (Heated pool)

The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.

Only 100 metres from Sissi Beach, Villa Kanetos features traditional bungalows and a restaurant with a playground, surrounded by lush greenery. Mini markets, bars and restaurants are just 50 metres away. Featuring stone-paved floors and built-in sofas, all air-conditioned bungalows open to a patio with garden views. Each has a kitchenette with a mini oven, fridge and dining area. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
