With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea, or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Little house Šipan is a new built house located just 20 meters far from the sea.It is 50 m2 open space area, which features a living room, dinning room and a small kitchen in the ground floor and a room with the bathroom on the 1st floor.Little house Šilan is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV , a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower and towels.
