Welcome to Blue Tin Ranch, an event venue loffering unique stays! The chicken coop is considered glamping. When booking this listing you will be treated to our renovated chicken coop. The coop was trailered over from our grandpa's farm, and converted to an Airbnb/summer kitchen! You will have two bedrooms, a living area and a kitchenette all to yourself. Shared bathrooms are only a short walk away. Hang out in the coop or explore all the property has to offer! Chickens not included

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

This is a cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the basement with a private entrance. We are within minutes of the most popular venues in Sioux City, Iowa (Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and theTyson Event Center). most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Downtown is also very close for local businesses, coffee shops, and grocery store.

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
