Located at 22 Silverleaves Avenue, Silverleaves Cowes, follow road onto the Silverleaves General Store Silverleaves Beach house is a lovely family friendly house located across the road from a north facing beach. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.

Island Ranch is set on 100 acres on the beautiful Phillip Island, with secure off street parking & keypad locked gate access for security. Not only will you love the tranquillity and ease of access to tourist attractions, we are 6.8km from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and within 5 mins of the beaches, cafes, wineries & great bushwalking. We have two Air BNB's with approx 20m between them at the rear (see photos) with access to both from the shared driveway.

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

The property is located just a short walk to the beach, cafe, and golf course. Set amongst the truly unique native bushland of the Silverleaves surrounds, it is ideal for young (and old) families, couples, or those just looking for a beach escape.
