Carriage House Cottage

This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

Visit our downtown district area with local shops, restaurants, and art galleries only 3 miles away and our historic Pinos Altos where great food, hiking, and biking is happening all year around. BEAUTIFUL, private, serene hand-built adobe 'casita' with natural plaster finishes, hand-made tiles, Japanese soaking tub, open shower, Queen-sized bed, large sliding glass doors, woodstove fireplace, heating and cooling unit, appointed kitchen for cooking, all natural soaps, shampoos, etc. Located on 5 acres with manicured Southwest gardens, and a fruit orchard. The casita is located close to town and on the edge of the extensive and stunning Gila National Forest.

Swanky & Janky Adobe Casita w Separate Bdrm/Bathrm

Southwest Adobe Casita & Bathhouse built in the 1880's & located in Chihuahua Hill and just about 5 blocks from Historic Downtown. Enjoy having the separate bathhouse & Bedroom about 25 feet from your Dining & Living space with a nice deck and giant new Covered Front Porch for Chilling out. A monitor, printer, mouse and keyboard (USB & HDMI Connectors) are available for your use. A railing has just been added for the walk up from the parking spot to your Casita.

Our Casita is located in Silver City's historic downtown district. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, artisan shops, bike rentals, Western New Mexico University, and hiking trails. The Casita is small, i.e., approximately 500 square feet. However, it has a queen size bed, a twin bed, and two single sofa sleepers. It has a full kitchen, a small refrigerator. Well behaved pets are welcome and may enjoy the fully fenced, private yard.

Idyllwind Hills Tiny House

It is walking distance or just a short drive to Gomez Peak, Little Walnut trail system and the CD trail. This tranquil getaway is perfect for hikers, mountain bikers, bird watchers or anyone wanting a relaxing escape with cool weather, wildlife and starry nights. It is only a short drive to downtown Silver City.

On Continental Divide at 7K ft. in small mountain community of Pinos Altos ( 7 miles to Silver City), the newly constructed, fully furnished cottage offers elegant passive-solar (warm in winter, cool in summer) getaway on edge of Gila Forest. Well behaved, well groomed dogs are welcome with $20 per night pet fee ($100 weekly) payable during stay.
