The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. An easy drive or 15-minute walk to downtown Silver City, this home is completely remodeled with an updated cottage kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Two beautiful, well-appointed bedrooms are perfect for couples traveling together or families. A fifth person can be accommodated on the oversized couch.

The Swan st Cottage

Our quaint, simple little place is located exactly in the middle of Silver City. It was our family’s first home for 10+ years. Local Artists sell their Art in the home. The hospital and track are near by. We have had the same great, but very close neighbors for over 15 years who watch out for each other. The traffic can be busy on weekdays around 8am and 5pm.

Two Arrows Lodge

Two Arrows is between 2 peaceful no wake lakes and many trails for hiking, bicycling and ATV . The Lodge is set on an acre for you and your family to enjoy with a grill, fire pit and outside activities. There are miles of ATV trails with access right from the property!! The Gila is a magical place and we look forward to hosting you!!!
