Apartman ima 2 spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju i dnevni boravak s kaučem za dodatnu osobu. Svaka spavaća soba ima bračni krevet za 2 osobe. Kupaonica je s tušem. Wi-Fi, parking, boravišna pristojba i AC su u cijeni. Pješčana plaža je na 30 sekundi hoda od apartmana, a udaljen je od ostalih plaža, glavne trgovine, pošte, ljekarne i restorana na 5 minuta hoda. Šilo je malo mjesto na istočnoj obali Krka preko puta Crikvenice. Ljeti je gliserom svakodnevno povezan s kopnom.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
