The Carriage Room

The Carriage Room is a self-contained studio attached to a Victorian coach house (Highfield House) with its own separate entrance. EV charger available. Highfield House is in the picturesque village of St Germans, backed by open fields for long walks with views down the Lynher estuary. 10 mins drive from the Cornish coast including the beautiful beaches of Portwrinkle and Whitsands Bay. 2 minute walk from the train station with regular services to Penzance, Plymouth and London Paddington.

The Old Salt Store is situated in the village of Pobathic, in an AONB at the head of a tributary of the River Lynher, to which there is access, bring your kayak/paddle board and your binoculars!
