Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Guests who book our “Forge a Knife” Experience (Vonhelmick Knife Co) receive a 15% discount on their stay.

The Casita Del Rio has been set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment on your vacation. We have two 4K TVs (one in the living room and one in the front bedroom) and a smaller TV in the back bedroom. There is a small workstation setup for remote work in the living room with both WiFi and ethernet cable access and board games available for your entertainment. The Darling Nest

Private 1 bedroom guesthouse with carport nestled in a peaceful McMinnville greenway. This spacious one level apartment is perfect for a maximum of 2 guests. Please note... It is not the best fit for families with small children. It is a clean and roomy (almost 900sq ft), well lit space with ample windows offering secluded views of a creek valley. Less than a mile from historic 3rd St, it provides a centrally located urban sanctuary ideal for a couple’s getaway or buddy retreat.

Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.
