Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

Here In the beautiful Forest of Dean, we are so fortunate to have thousands of acres of forest nestled between the Wye Valley AONB and the Severn Estuary. It’s a special place with a rich history, scenic landscapes, friendly people and many outdoor pursuits. Forest View Cabin is perfectly placed for exploring. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a peaceful hillside location set in a half-acre garden at the Old Cottage. The log style cabin enjoys panoramic views of the woods and garden.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The loft is a perfect place to stay for anyone who wants to relax whilst overlooking the glorious panoramic forest view. In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. Candles in the evening and a beast of a woodburner makes this an incredibly relaxing place to be. Something a little bit different.

Old Tump House, Forest of Dean

Sleeps 6 in 3 ensuite bedrooms. Lovingly renovated C18th cottage overlooking the Forest of Dean. The cottage has a cosy open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with a log burner. The dining area seats six and the sofa seats four with two bean bags. If you need a large lounging space with a six-seater sofa then the property probably won't suit your needs - please look at the photos to make sure you're happy with the seating arrangement.
