Kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, and a swim pad are available for guest use. Separate fire pit area as well as deck and covered patio with a grill for outdoor enjoyment. Close to 1000s of acres of public hunting land, Graceland University, and a public golf course. ** Dec-Mar will have access to one less bedroom and bath- please contact with questions.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries.
