The Bennett Farmhouse has been in our family for over 100 years, now cared for by its 4th & 5th generations. Our grandmother, who lived here is now in assisted living. It's hard for her to be away, so we created short stays so you can visit and so can she! Your stay helps preserve our farmhouse which features original farm sink, wood details, a wraparound porch with swings and antiques like the wind-up phone & more. Guests step into history while making new memories at our family farm!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, this gorgeous, all-electric home has it all. Sleeping 10 comfortably, we boast NO STAIRS (!). The converted garage makes an incredible crafting/quilting spot for you and your friends! *NOTE - rates are based on a per person fee with a base rate of $150 per night (or three guests). Close to Creston, Afton and the lakes, we have ample parking for vehicles, boats or trailers.

The open kitchen is a perfect gathering place for early morning coffee and breakfast before heading out on an adventure. Great place for hunters. The house has parking in front, a yard in back with a fire pit and patios. A washer and dryer are on site. Your host will meet you on your arrival and is there to assist during your stay.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries.
