The open floor plan includes two upstairs bedrooms, a queen leather sleeper couch downstairs, canoes for guest use, and ample parking.

Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Armadillo Roost

Place is lake front! Only minutes from Denton’s art, culture and phenomenal music scene. Great sunrises, use of kayaks are included. Inside is a full sized comfy bed, full bathroom and a limited kitchen. It’s a quirky neighborhood on a private dirt road. It may look a little rustic on your way in but don’t worry it is worth it. There may be a couple of friendly dogs and all the neighbors know each other (they are all my family or my tenants). I live next door if you need anything.
