Fantastische Aussicht in absoluter Ruhelage nahe der Südsteirischen Weinstraße ("Steirische Toskana") mit ihren Buschenschänken und Spitzenweinen. Auch die Thermen und wehrhaften Burgen des Vulkanlandes sind nicht weit. Ein wunderbarer Ort für entspannte Tage oder auch schöpferisch-kreative Wochen fernab aller Hektik.

Mini Hill je mjesto za one koji traže više od udobnosti, traže iskustvo. Za one koji vole jednostavnost, koji uživaju u trenucima tišine i vjeruju da je ljepota upravo u malim stvarima. Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

House with a spacious terrace, hot tub and sauna

The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free.

A century old Vila Vilma is a fairy tale house hidden between the vineyards. Its unique location makes it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family escape to the country. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Built in 2020, this beautiful and spacious apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a 50-inch TV, a bathroom with oversized shower, king size bed, underfloor heating, AC unit and brand new furniture. Parking is in front of the apartment in a fenced garden. Beautifully decorated and pleasant outdoor terrace of 30 m2 is enough to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The main square, bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away.

Unsere komplett neu und liebevoll eingerichtete "Casa Kathinka" liegt in einer wunderschönen ruhigen Lage auf einer Seehöhe von 405 m. Das Haus ist ein exklusiver Rückzugsort für Erholungssuchende und lädt u.a. mit einer Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick und einer Bibliothek zum Entspannen ein. Aber auch Sportliche kommen nicht zu kurz, ist unser Ferienhaus doch ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wanderungen und viele weitere Freizeitaktivitäten.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
